Provisional certificate will be issued only once. Those students who have already obtained/applied for provisional certificate need not apply again. Those candidates who have already received their original degree certificate are not eligible for getting provisional certificate. Note: - Those students who have already paid fee for Provisional Certificate along with the fee for final semester examination shall not apply for provisional certificate in this portal. Those students who have received the grade card and wish to apply for provisional certificate shall upload their grade card of the course for which provisional certificate is applied for. Under the column ‘Result Publication Date’, do furnish the date available on the top of the mark list of the last examination attended. If there is a change in mark after obtaining consolidated mark list, provisional certificate, etc, due to revaluation/award of grace marks, no fee to be paid for fresh provisional certificate . Such students shall surrender their consolidated grade card and provisional certificate already received to University in physical form along with a request. Such students need not use this portal for application. Application will be processed only if it is found in order. The application number generated shall be kept by the applicant for future reference.

Fee details

  • Fee For Provisional Certificate(UG/PG-including all Professional Degree Programmes) -Rs.175
  • Fee For Provisional Certificate (M.Phil/PhD)-Rs 270
  • Transmission Charge - inside india- Rs.190
  • Search Fee - After one year of the Publication of Results- Rs.75
  • Search Fee - After five years of the Publication of Results- Rs.145
  • Search Fee - After 10 years of the Publication of Results - Rs.330
  • Transmission Charge - outside india- Rs.830
