This is applicable only for students of UG-CBCSS (2014,2015,2016,2017 admissions),PGCSS (2019 Admission onwards) offered in affiliated colleges. Semester-wise grade card will be issued only once. Those students who have already obtained / applied semester wise grade cards need not apply again. Those students who are presently undergoing the programme shall upload recommendation letter from the Principal of the college.While applying for PG semester wise grade card,the result sheet of the semester for the grade card is required should be scanned and uploaded. Please specify the semester for which the grade card is required.
Fee.

  • UG-Rs.350/- per gradecard.
  • PG-Rs.395/- per gradecard.
  • Transmission charge: Rs.200/-(within India) , Rs.875/-(outside India)
Search fee as shown below:
  • Within one year of publication of result -Nil.
  • After One year of publication of result but before 5 years- Rs.80/-
  • After 5 year of publication of result, but before 10 years-Rs.155/-
  • After 10 year of publication of result-Rs.350/-
Note i) Date of Publication of result for the purpose shall be the date of publication of the result of the last examination (first appearance or re-appearance as the case may be ) , the passing of which make him/her eligible for the grade card. Students who apply for grade cards of more than one semester have to remit only one search fee.
ii) Application will be processed only if it is found in order.
