1. Consolidated Mark List will be issued only once. Those who have applied for consolidated mark list once and received the same need not apply again. 2. Students who have failed in the regular chance and passed in the subsequent appearance and obtained grade card need not surrender their original grade card while applying for consolidated grade card. Those students who have already passed the examination and obtained Grade Card and later applied for fresh Consolidated Grade Card due to change in Revaluation, Grace Mark, Scrutiny, Improvement etc., should surrender their original Grade Card in Physical form . Self attested copies of Grade Cards of each semester have to be uploaded as single document, that is, first appearance followed by subsequent reappearance, if any, in their chronological order. 3. Under the column PRN/REGISTER NUMBERS, the Register Numbers of all examinations attended by the candidate (Failed and passed) should be given, separated by commas. 4. Under the column Result Publication Date, furnish the date available on the top of the grade card of the last examination attended. 5. Attested Copies of 10 th standard pass certificate or equivalent, +2 pass certificate and Grade cards of the examinations attended of the courses for which consolidated grade card is applied for have to be scanned and uploaded .6.Students applying for Consolidated Grade Card of PG programme, M.Phil, PhD, B.Ed shall also upload a copy of their original qualifying degree certificate 7. Each scanned document should be uploaded in jpeg format with image size each not more than 500 KB. You should ensure that the uploaded certificate is very clear and readable. Unreadable certificates will lead to the rejection of your application 8.Do not need to apply for consolidated grade card those who are passed in regular chance 9.Fee once paid will not be refunded.
