Students who have passed UG/PG degree course of MG University can apply for Official Transcript of Marks/Grade points.
1) The applicants have to upload self attested copies of the following:-
(Max.size : 500KB) You should ensure that the uploaded certificate is very clear and readable. Unreadable certificates will lead to the rejection of your application.
(i) Proof of date of birth (10th standard pass certificate or equivalent certificate issued by a board approved by Central or State government). (ii) Provisional certificate or UG/PG Degree certificate as applicable. (iii) All mark lists/grade cards (year wise / semester wise as applicable) of the programme for all regular and improvement chances and consolidated mark list /grade cards of the course for which official transcript is applied for . The student may also upload the Academic Records Request Form (If applicable).
Note: A duly filled in Academic Records Request Form to be forwarded to WES/ IQAS with the transcript. Hence, the student is directed to fill up the top portion of the form and put his /her signature at appropriate column (if applicable). Name and date of birth are to be entered in the form as per the official records and then upload with the documents.
All documents uploaded shall be clearly visible and readable.
2) Fee, Search fee and Transmission charges applicable for students of UG/PG programmes in Affiliated Colleges

• Fee for Official Transcript of Marks/Grade points is Rs. 2440/- per copy.
  
• Fee for Official Transcript of Marks/Grade points for B.Tech - Prior to 2010 admission is Rs. 5000/- per copy.
  
Search fee: as shown below:

• Within one year of publication of result- Nil.
  
• After One year of publication of result, but before 5 years Rs.70/-
  
• After 5 year of publication of result, but before 10 years- Rs.135/-
  
• After 10 year of publication of result- Rs.310/-
  
Transmission charges are applicable as shown below:

• Transmission charge(within India): ,, Rs.180/-
  
• Transmission charge(Outside India): Rs.790/-
  
• Express post charges (outside India): Rs.2805/-
  
3) Official Transcript of Marks/ Grade points will be issued in sealed envelope which will be directly sent to the employer/ employment agency/consultant as the case may be, whose address is furnished by the candidate in the application. After the issuance of the transcript, only the addressee is expected to open the envelope.
4) In the case of WES ,the document will be digitally transferred to WES after proper authentication.
5)Those students who opt to receive the transcript of marks/ grade points by themselves/by authorization (for presenting before the employer) shall not open the sealed envelopes by themselves as employers/authentication agencies may not accept the transcript, if the transcript is not received in sealed envelope. Hence, candidates those who collect the transcript by hand are advised to keep the sealed envelope intact, to produce before the employer/ authentication agency.
6) The student can apply for more than one copy of the transcript of marks/grade points of the same course at a time. If they do so, they can opt to send to various addresses as he/she chooses. When they are applying for more than one transcript of same course at a time, through a single online application, only the search fee for the 1st copy of the Transcript need be paid. but they have to pay fee and transmission charges at the above rate for each copy of the transcript.
Application will be processed only if it is found in order.
7) Please note : i) Date of Publication of result for the purpose shall be the date of publication of the result of the last examination (first appearance or re-appearance as the case may be ) , passing of which make him/her eligible for the award of the degree. ii) Those students, who have already obtained Official Transcript of Mark list/Grade card and wish to get extra copies of the same, can apply again by remitting the prescribed fee at the rates mentioned above.
8)The candidate shall not make any mark/attestation on the copies of marklist/certificate for which genuineness attestation is required
