Students who have passed UG/PG degree course of MG University can apply for Official Transcript of Marks/Grade points. 1) The applicants have to upload self attested copies of the following:- (Max.size : 500KB) You should ensure that the uploaded certificate is very clear and readable. Unreadable certificates will lead to the rejection of your application. (i) Proof of date of birth (10th standard pass certificate or equivalent certificate issued by a board approved by Central or State government). (ii) Provisional certificate or UG/PG Degree certificate as applicable. (iii) All mark lists/grade cards (year wise / semester wise as applicable) of the programme for all regular and improvement chances and consolidated mark list /grade cards of the course for which official transcript is applied for . The student may also upload the Academic Records Request Form (If applicable). Note: A duly filled in Academic Records Request Form to be forwarded to WES/ IQAS with the transcript. Hence, the student is directed to fill up the top portion of the form and put his /her signature at appropriate column (if applicable). Name and date of birth are to be entered in the form as per the official records and then upload with the documents. All documents uploaded shall be clearly visible and readable. 2) Fee, Search fee and Transmission charges applicable for students of UG/PG programmes in Affiliated Colleges
